(IPL) which got to a flying start on April 18th, 2008 and has successfully made its place in the world cricket. It has surpassed what Indian Cricket League (ICL) started off along with the twenty-20 format. Indian Premier League will be successful or not there was a dilemma in the mind of the organizers.
